These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Caribe Banquet Hall website and services. By accessing this website or booking an event with us, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Use of Website
The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. You agree to use this site lawfully and not engage in any activity that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with the website or its functionality.

Event Bookings
All event bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Caribe Banquet Hall. A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your event date.
Event details, including pricing, services, and arrangements, will be outlined in your booking contract. Verbal agreements or website information alone do not constitute a confirmed booking.
Payments & Deposits
A deposit is required to reserve your event date. Remaining balances must be paid according to the terms outlined in your agreement.
Failure to complete payments on time may result in cancellation or loss of your reserved date. All payments made may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing. Approval of changes is subject to availability and the terms of your agreement.
Deposits and payments may be non-refundable depending on timing and circumstances. Caribe Banquet Hall reserves the right to apply fees for changes or cancellations.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate event details
- Following venue rules and guidelines
- Ensuring guests and vendors behave appropriately
- Covering any damages caused during the event
Any damages to the venue or property may result in additional charges.
Vendor & Third-Party Services
Clients may use outside vendors unless otherwise specified. Caribe Banquet Hall is not responsible for the performance, actions, or services of third-party vendors.
All vendors must comply with venue policies and any applicable regulations.
Liability
Caribe Banquet Hall is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, emergencies, or third-party issues.
Clients assume responsibility for their event, guests, and personal property. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Right to Refuse Service
Caribe Banquet Hall reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if clients or guests violate venue rules, engage in unsafe behavior, or fail to comply with agreed terms.
Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify services, pricing, or policies at any time. Any changes will not affect confirmed bookings with signed agreements unless agreed upon by both parties.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these Terms or services shall be handled in the appropriate courts of New York.
